This was a major, multi-phase renovation across both Central and South Vancouver locations while the dealerships stayed fully open the entire time. The work included a full exterior update along with new additions and updated finishes throughout.

The biggest challenge here was simply working around a busy, fully operating dealership. Careful sequencing and constant coordination kept things moving without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Commercial Addition

This addition was built to strengthen the dealership’s visibility from the street and create a more modern customer-facing space.

Construction was completed while the showroom remained open, so coordination with staff and customers was a constant part of the process.

This project involved upgrading an occupied building into a pre-sales presentation space, completed during the height of COVID-19.

Working in an active, occupied environment during COVID required extra care, flexibility, and a lot of day-to-day adjustments as conditions changed.

This project focused on restoring and repairing the exterior envelope of an occupied apartment building while residents continued living on site.

Careful planning was key here, as work had to be done safely and efficiently without disrupting residents’ daily routines more than necessary.

A unique tenant improvement project that turned a standard storage space into a custom entertainment and showcase garage.

This one was all about the details — taking a simple space and turning it into something much more refined and personal.
